Communication
The technician was very friendly and very informative as this was my first time using Zerorez.
The technician Cody was awesome - very knowledgeable and informative. Just disappointed stains could not come out of carpet but was satisfied with how the rest of the areas were cleaned. ai would recommend zero-rez for sure with caveat not anticipate stain removal. Thank you!
The technician was very thorough, polite and competent. He worked diligently. His work was excellent. I appreciated his mask and shoe coverings too.

Pet treatment
While cleaning the stairs, the ZeroRez member, who was very friendly, chipped quite a bit of paint off of our newly painted stair base boards.

Ryan was great! He was very informative about the service he was providing and shared information on how to keep my carpet looking new. He applied the protectant and encouraged me to most likely get it put on every time I have my carpets cleaned.
I found it odd that after I had my carpets cleaned, there were still 4 spots that showed no difference. I brought it to the attention of the technician and he said he really worked on them to no avail. After 24 hours, I used resolve and they disappeared! Hmmm!
I have tried steaming my carpets myself and other companies and could never get them clean enough. My dog has accidents and the smell never seems to leave. Zerorez got the smell out and my carpets and they also look amazing. It was well worth the money.
I liked the service technician, he was very efficient, friendly, was good with my dog, everything was done to my satisfaction.

I very much like the no residue factor. My carpet is cleaner, brighter, and brand-new looking, and there is no "after-crunch"! I especially like Thomas, who cleaned it. He was very polite, and listened to everything I pointed out, and attended to each spot. The thresh hold to the kitchen was very, very dirty and he made it look like new. Thomas helped me move two items on wheels. He cleaned my blue chair and it looks and smells beautiful. He is very kind and thoughtful, and it is always a pleasure to work with him.

I liked that there wasn't an odor. It did take longer than 6-8 hours to dry though.
I had fans going; however it was a humid day.
My husband was not impressed how the chair turned out at all! He was NOT happy.
I don't know if you have something that would get the dinginess color out or not.

We had our carpets cleaned on Thursday and they are still wet in some spots! I will say the man who cleaned our carpets was very hard working, he spent a lot of time and did a thorough job, but even with fans running, the part where he did the "deep pet treatment" was still very wet this morning (Saturday so 48hrs later) and a few parts of the basement carpet are too.
The carpet was still wet all night in spots. We put fans on the carpet, I thought it would be dry in a few hours. The gentleman was finished by noon.. I know it was damp outside but we put our furnace fan on as well as 3 other fans..

Excellent Service!
Zerorez came out when I had a cleaning emergency and a small time frame to fix it!! The technician how came out expected exactly what he was doing and answered all my questions. My carpet looked so much better and was dry by the time I needed it to be. I was very impressed and will be using them again for the rest of our home!
Service let you no how it all works
This last trip that Cody just did was great. It also was a last chance for me to continue to use Zerorez as I like the product but I have had so much scheduling problems in the past and the last Tech did such a bad job, which I understand he is no longer with the company, that I wanted to see if the problems continued.
I made this appointment 2 weeks out and asked for early afternoon which I received a late afternoon but it worked out and was very pleased with Cody's knowledge and work effort.
Great improvement to the carpet. The tech was fabulous!
Very thorough. The technician explained everything and showed me videos of how things work and what my options were.
Does great job on removing my pet stains and I don’t worry that the products may harm my animals.
