Technician did a great job.
The gentleman came with all supplies that were needed. Confirmed what needed to be done and went to work. He was very efficient in what he was doing. Carpets looked great and no one can tell Zerorez was ever in our home (no messes left). Will definitely make an appointment again in the near future.

Please make the payment terms net 7 or 30 or anything but, "Due on receipt". Just a pain as I was not there to pay and had to pull over to pay as I was being pestered by the technician (who did a fine job), but, the undue immediacy of that was annoying.
Derek Daehler did a spectacular job on our house! We have both kid and pet traffic, and 2 of us have been working from home for the last 18+ months. Our carpet was really in need of a professional cleaning. We had two spills that we just didn't think would come up, and all of the heavy traffic patterns that come with people just being home all the time. Now it is like those spots were never there. Derek was professional, courteous, and quick. He was even good with our dog. Thanks Derek!

I scheduled an appointment for my area rugs to be cleaned. When the service man arrived he let me know he would have to take the rugs with him since they required pet stain treatment. This was totally fine with us, but we were a little surprised no one told us that before he arrived. We understood that he would be cleaning them at our place. He picked our rugs up on the 12th of October. He told us that the rugs would automatically be dropped back off ten days later. That would have been the 22nd, but I thought maybe it was 10 business days. We gave it until the 25th but still didn’t see any rugs. On the 28th I decided I needed to call the office. Until this point I had not had any communication about where the rugs were. I had not spoken to anyone from Zerorez since the 12th when the rugs were picked up. I called and spoke to a woman who told us the rugs were done and that we had to schedule a drop off appointment, that it wasn’t automatically 10 days. We scheduled the next available appointment, which was Saturday the 30th. When the service man arrived he only had 1 out of 2 rugs we sent. He told me the other one was still being cleaned and that we wouldn’t be charged the delivery fee until we had both rugs. This was the first time anyone communicated there was a delivery fee. I called Saturday after only one rug was delivered. A second woman told me the second rug was still being cleaned and that it was at an off site location. I found this hard to believe the rug was still being cleaned 18 days later. I expressed to her my frustrations with the lack of communication throughout this process. I found it hard to believe after three weeks and a transfer of locations that no one had called me to update me. It would have been fine if it took this long to be cleaned and someone called to update me. Instead I reached out to four people who really didn’t know where the rug was or if it was done. She said she would track down the rug, find out if it was really done being cleaned, and waive the delivery fee. She told me Saturday the 30th she would return my call with more information and schedule a second drop off appointment. I never received a call back that day. Currently I still don’t know where my second rug is or when it will be returned to me. I would like my rug to be returned and the delivery fee waived at the least.
Carpet cleaning was good but upholstery cleaning had a couple issues. Technician left water stain on our couch cushion and light stains on our chair seat. We would like these problems resolved.

They have been cleaning my carpet and my sofa for two years. Last Thursday morning I had a knock at the door, a lady and her looking for directions (i think) I cracked the storm door to here her and her puppy (not on lead) ran in after my cats and left "puppy deposits" all through the living room and part way in the hall. I was horrified. I cleaned up using all the spot remover I had. --- I thought they would not come for one room --I called and and they did!! No more poopy puppy stains in my living room. I love them
Pricing is very inconsistent…… we have been a long term customer…. I am very disappointed in the level of customer service

All of the staff I have dealt with in the past have been super friendly. The technicians are very knowledgeable and do a great job. We had an extremely great experience with the last technician, I believe his name is Ryan, that came out October 21st.

Your technician did a wonderful job. It's whoever is in charge of confirmations that really caused problems. I signed up for the 10a-2p time slot and selected services based on that time frame. The email confirmation confirmed that time slot, but the text confirmation said 12-4p. I called and talked with someone and spoke someone via text. They told me that the tech would be there by noon. So, I told them I'm going to run errands before then, and the tech will need to be done and out by 2pm because I have clients scheduled, which is exactly why I chose the 10a-2p time slot. I had selected cleaning for a room and hallway, sectional sofa and ottoman, and tile groute. The tech wasn't going to be able to do the tile grout, so I told him to forget about it.
My rugs are super clean and it was a quick efficient process.

This is the second time we have used Zerorez! I like that there are no chemicals that are being used. The tech that cleaned for us the time was Cody Baker. He did an amazing job on out carpets. He took the time to ask questions about any spots and explained everything that he was doing as he went. He was very professional and knowledgeable!! Will definitely be using them and making the request for him again!
Carpets were so clean and fluffed back up. They aren’t stiff when they dry.
