There is no soapy residue left when you are finished. The carpet dries quickly. Your technicians are always courteous and polite.
I was not told when I called to set up the appointment that the number of rooms is determined by size. Our living room counted as two rooms. We wanted the carpet cleaned, which it was and done well. We didn’t want a lesson on carpet types, pictures of before and after—we could see carpet in person. We didn’t need to be asked if we wanted to see the liquid used to clean or see junk collected from floor. We have had three Covid shots but it was nice the young man wore a mask although the mask probably didn’t do much good since it kept falling and didn’t cover his nose. We think 4:00 was too late to start the appointment since it was 6 :15 when finished. The carpet does look much better. If we use Zerorez again we would ask for a morning appointment. We did find a small area that did not dry until over 22 hours after guy left.

Could have done a better job on main level floor .
Our technician, Thomas, was amazing from our very first phone call. He phoned to let us know when he would be arriving and was here in time. He took great care with our home and belongings. Thomas was very courteous the entire time and explained the process and assessed our needs appropriately. The sofa sectional he cleaned looks amazing and the hallway carpet he cleaned with many pet stains looks brand new! I highly recommend Zerorez. Their product and service team are very effective and professional. Will defiantly use Zerorez again.

I is impossible to respond with an accurate response as our rugs were taken out for cleaning. We will not be able to respond to the request until we see how our rugs look when they return. As far as the representative that came to pick the rugs up, he was courteous and answered our questions to the best of his knowledge.
The only thing I would suggest is: since your company is in the clean carpet/rugs business, it would be appreciated if the employees visiting homes wore shoe booties and not track in on customers flooring. Also, during our current virus situation; a mask would be appropriate too.
The technician was definitely a hard worker, but I have residue in some areas where I walk. My carpets feel crunchy.

A superb job every time I book! It’s important to me that Zerorez doesn’t leave behind anything in my carpet that might be harmful for my toddler. I appreciate the thorough walk-thru before and after each cleaning and how informative they are when showing me what their products do. It’s a perfect clean each and every time and I’ll definitely continue using them since they are the best!
The man who came to clean our carpets was very polite, friendly, respectful and did a wonderful and thorough job cleaning our carpets, rugs and sofa. He is a great representative for your company. I also like the clean and nonchemical feel and smell after the cleaning.

No residue
Zerorez is the best! I have used other companies in the past to clean my carpets and their results do not compare to the excellent job of Zerorez! I like that the carpets do not feel "crunchy" after they are cleaned and of course I like how well the stains are removed and how great the carpets look! Tavin was SO professional and careful and informative. Zerorez is fortunate to have an employee like Tavin.
Our technician, Thomas, was very prompt to our home. He explained how he would be cleaning our carpets, and did an overview with us after he finished. We would highly recomment Zerorez.
The same technician has been to my house twice now and is always friendly and professional. The carpet always looks like new and the no residue process seals the deal.
I like the pre treat, clean process and that the tech uses corner guards.
