Top notch quality carpet cleaning and staff.
Zerorez is always timely, courteous, and leaves my carpets looking great!
I love your work. My carpets look so good. Your technicians are so nice, so polite, so thoughtful, so thorough. Thanks much for what you do for us!
I like that it cleans but no residue that may cause illness in my pets or family.
The service was great. The man was nice and on time. Just not satisfied with the results. Several spots returned after the carpet dried. Thought it would pull up the spots better.
My carpet was very dirty and came out looking just great. Ibsan did a fine job for us.
I like the fact that there is no soap residue left in carpet.
Andy was great! He showed up on time and my carpets look great.

They were great!
The dog pee stain in my carpet didn’t come up with your service. The next weeks I ordered a product off Amazon and a mini shampooer and the stain came right up!
Great service. Carpets look wonderful!
I am amazed that the horrible mess our dog left on our cream colored carpet came out, but our technician was confident it would come up - and it did!
Cleaning
Clean. Friendly. No harsh chemicals used.
The dog hair is gone!
For some reason the carpet that was cleaned feels rather stiff. I have never experienced that with other carpet cleaners.
Fast friendly great value
I was pleased with my service. If there was a way to use dry cleaning in a mobile situation, that would be ideal.
Just works!! Gets the traffick pattern dirt up - without soaking the pad. Great hard worker Andy was great.
