I had 1 large carpeted.room to be cleaned and 2 ceramic tiled bathrooms and ceramic tiled kitchen to be cleaned. There are still areas on the carpetting that do not appear clean. We were told those were high traffic areas and could not be cleaned totally. However, after it has dried, an area that does NOT look clean is an area where a dining room table, which was never used, stood. The grout in all 3 ceramic tiled rooms is NOT clean according to your advertising and picture. We were told that soil stains the grout and it can't be cleaned. We left the house and were told that all would be done in 2 hours. We were called in 1-1/2 hr. and told it was done. He wanted to be paid immediately so he could go on to his next job. We wanted to see it before we paid him. said we'd there in 10 minutes. He argued saying he needed to be paid right now! Well, we couldn't get back any sooner so he had to wait. We would like the grout cleaned to the level you advertise, by another person, please.
It is in doubt that this persn attempted to clean the grout as we were not here to "supervise" what was being done. It is difficult to believe that all that needed to be done was accomplished in 2-1/2 hr. Please call at Phone number removed. Sincerely, Judith Last name removed

The service is always top notch and LeRoy was wonderful! Thank you for coming in our house with a mask. Although we are fully vaccinated here, it’s a big deal for people who don’t know that to respect our home and each other. Looking forward to seeing you again in the spring!

Andy did a great job on our carpets. There was a stain in the living room from an old chair and he removed that stain and there are no signs of it returning. I have used Zerorez the last several years and am very pleased with the service. Never disappointed.

Great technician and service

Communication was great the staff was polite and did their job well. I thought afterwards the cost was high (250.00 for three rooms) and the stains did not come out of my carpet. I didn’t expect them (the stain) to come out in the old carpet but the two new carpeted rooms (carpet installed March 2021) I expected the stains to be lifted. We also paid for a pet treatment and no where was it stated that it was a cost per room. 75 per room is too much. The carpet was also so wet it was over 24 hours before we could move things into those rooms.

ZeroRez is absolutely the best. My light colored carpet needed to be cleaned since I had a mishap with a ShopVac cleaning out a dirty fireplace! The carpet looks fantastic.

Customer service

Leroy came on time. Was very professional. Listened to what we wanted. He completed the job in a timely manner and left the house without a trace if issue. He is great. We will ask for him the next time we have Zerorez clean out carpets.

My dingy beige rug that constantly looked full of stains finally looks decent! So clean and bright now, and it dried SO quickly

The carpet cleaning was great. Wanted an area rug cleaned in my home. Was told it would have to to taken out of home and cost over $400. I could buy a new rug for less money. Will have another company come and clean it.

After everything dried, I found a couple of stains in the living room that did not come up. I found the representative to be very friendly and sincere and would definitely recommend them to others. The carpets did smell very fresh and I was overall pleased with the outcome.
