Most important, our ten year old carpet looked great and benefitted from a good cleaning. I didn't notice any residue or odors, which I'm sensitive to.

First of all great service every time and second the product speaks for it's self.

Zerorez was absolutely amazing. They were able to remove stains that I thought would never come out. I would use them again.

Thomas called ahead of time and showed up when he said he would. He listened to my concerns and set his expectations with my issues I had with my carpet. Thomas worked hard and efficiently and everything looks great. All stains came out and I couldn’t be happier. We will continue to have Thomas out to our home. He’s trust worthy, full of respect, a hard worker and is honest in his work. Great asset to the company and a hard worker and others should take notes from it. Keep up the great work Thomas! The person showed up after calling to let me know he was on his way. He came in and went right to work. He worked hard for an hour or so. He cleaned our sofa and 2 chairs. He told us to give them some time to dry be fore using them again and we did. While the furniture is older and worn, it looks better after getting it cleaned!

Andy did a great job for us. Even though you had to reschedule our original appt., due to employees being sick, we did appreciate the discount in our price. Did like the fact that carpet dried within 5-6 hours.

No chemicals. Clean, courteous, and professional techs. Fair price for service.

Friendly tech, knowledgeable, did a great job at stain removable. Might want to keep in mind that evening appointments 5-6:00 are not advantageous in the winter. You need to use fans and heaters and it still is not dry till mid day the next day. Better to have cleaned in summer or spring when you can open the windows. Still they did a great job!!
