Money was stolen from my son's room by the cleaners. I am still waiting to hear back from the general manager but I continue to have to call to check-in and he keeps telling me he will call me.
The young man who did the carpet, LaRoy, was very professional, respected my home and communicated clearly. He was great. But your cleaning process is what I have an issue with. Lots of areas had dirt and most of it is still there. Recent dirt that should have come completely out. There were stains that I knew probably wouldn’t come out, but the dirty areas are still dirty. In fact, it all looks just as dirty (there are a few places that do look cleaner, but not as clean as I think they could be). Only now it looks like dirty carpet that has been wet. Streaky, splotchy and still dirty. Sorry. Your process of cleaning did not work here.
Professional, explained process.
There’s no fresh smell after the cleaning. And it looks just okay compared to other companies I’ve used. $500 was way over priced and I won’t be calling again.
Your employee was knowlegeable and very kind. He worked really hard and my carpeting looks wonderful. Thank you.

The personnel
The scheduling this time around was a disaster. It was scheduled for one day last week when an area rug was dropped off and the guy dropping it off knew nothing about it. I called the office requesting Thomas and she told me that it was scheduled for the first thing on Monday. When I hadn’t heard from Thomas I called the office and he was able to get over by 3:30.

Ryan, the Zerorez technician who worked in our home, did an outstanding job of explaining the Zerorez process, listening to our areas of concern, and doing a professional job cleaning our carpet and stairs.

I had an issue with the first time they came out to clean the carpets. I placed a review that stated my concerns and their customer service reached out to me. They arranged to come back out and reclean the carpets. The second time was 100% better. They took the time to explain what they were doing. The carpet looked better and smelled better and the stains were better. I appreciate that they reached out to make things right. They will have a repeat customer.
Zerorez is easy to book, their technicians are prompt and communicative (and wear masks!), and they do a great job. 10 out of 10!
I had concerns about initial carpet cleaning done on 11/27 and was ignored for weeks. Rather than honor coming back out and cleaning what was missed the first time for free in the 30 day window, I had to pay again for service. Hard to get refreshment in 30 days when you ignore messages and calls until that time has expired. Poor way to do business and honor what was advertised
Tevin did an exceptional job! He was very knowledgeable and nice. We had our couches cleaned and a rug and so far we are VERY happy!

My carpet was very clean and didn't have that crunchy feel that you usually get when your carpets are cleaned.
I was shocked with the results! Our tile and grout look brand new. Our technician was prompt, professional and very informative. Would definitely use their services again.
The carpets are not thoroughly cleaned. There is a stiffness like the pretreat wasn’t actually removed. The pretreat left a bad smell while the carpets were wet.
The technician was professional and nice and explained everything he was doing, but I would not use the service again because the carpets were not cleaned to my expectation.

Always clean and smells fresh. Love that it’s safe for our kids and pets. It’s never crunchy feeling. Carpet dries quick and looks and feels fluffy and brand new.

I can still smell urine on my carpets. I called and expressed my concern. The gal that answered the phone said she would call me back within 24 hours after speaking with her manager. I have heard nothing.
