Professional staff. My couch look great and smells much better.
As with any company, it's the people that make the difference. From the person who took our call to first discuss services and scheduling, the office rep who followed up to remind us of the appointment and explain what we should expect on the day of the service, to the service technicians who arrived on-time and worked diligently to get the job completed in a timely way explaining the process and additional services we might consider, we were impressed and reassured. The work itself was done professionally and the results outstanding. The cost of the service was clear from the start and no hidden charges popped up at the end. We did choose to add an additional service on the day of the cleaning but the final price was, again, exactly what we were quoted.
We worked with another carpet cleaning company for many years but the quality of their service deteriorated over time. We felt taken advantage of at the end. Their service technicians became less attentive to cleaning and more interested in chatting us up rather than work on our carpets. The final cost often felt like reveal on a game show with additional charges popping up routinely. Finally, fed up we cancelled our contract and then went months beyond our normal cleaning cycle before even thinking about engaging another contractor. When we couldn't stand the state of our carpets we got busy researching options.
Zerorez Indianapolis kept popping up in reviews as one of our best options. Turned out, we knew folks that had used Zerorez themselves and were very pleased. You can now count us among the "Very Pleased". Not only did the Zerorez service erase the evidence of our neglect after our previous experience, it surpassed our expectations - eliminating stains that the previous company failed to budge even after several visits and callbacks. We thought we would have to "preview" several carpet cleaning services before finding the one that best met our needs but that turned out to be wrong. Zerorez Indianapolis won our business on the first visit. We plan to keep Zerorez service underfoot for years to come.
Our ceramic tile floors look great!! The grout is completely back to the original color now. We couldn’t be more please. Our technician, Andy, was wonderful! We will definitely use this company again!
Tevin was our technician. He was very professional, courteous and thorough. Our carpet and the upholstery we had cleaned looks great! Definitely will recommend Zerorez!
Ryan C was by far the best technician OF ANY KIND to service our home. He was attentive, knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and thorough. He represented himself AND Zerorez very professionally. We are very pleased with the cleaning as well as the process. We will absolutely be using him again and will be recommending him and Zerorez to our neighbors.

Zerorez uses science to clean rugs- a definite upgrade. My only concern is that the first staffer sent out was not vaccinated. As a senior I am at risk. Fortunately Zerorez sent out an immunized
staff. Sending unvaxed staff is a real problem for an organization that goes into homes.

Technician was almost 2hrs late pass the scheduled time frame. I had no phone call. I had to call. Also, the time before, the schedulers tried to change my schedule time without asking me. It's just one problem after another with you guys.

Friendly technician, clean carpets
The tech said his fan was broken so it took 7 hrs until the carpets were dry and I could walk on them again
As soon as the carpet dried the pee stains from my dog on my brand new carpet lesson six month old carpet expensive supposed to be easy clean carpet carpet dried stains were still there fair price but I’m about to go to Kroger run a machine and see if I can get them out myself I’m quite sure about spending a little more time they will come out
Andy was my technician. He was very informative and handled everything exactly as he explained. My carpet looks new, smells great (orderless) and is soft.

Technicians are prompt, polite, professional, skilled and knowledgeable. We have used Zerorez several times in the past. This time we needed our carpet cleaned due our dog throwing up a very dark brown liquid in two spots on the carpet. Our regular pet and stain remover we always use had no effect on the stains. The Zerorez technicians had no problems in removing these stains as well as did a great job cleaning the two rooms of carpet we contracted them to do. The quality of their service continues to be excellent.
I guess I was expecting my couch to actually look clean after spending $255 on the cleaning. It still looks exactly the same as it did before. 3 of my seats are dark because we use those the most, but I hoped the cleaning would bring them back to the original color. I am a bit disappointed. It does smell better and he did get all the dog hair, which I’m happy about.
