Best carpet cleaning we have ever had. Did a thorough job and took his time. Very friendly and explained the process in detail. Would not hesitate to use them again. Very pleased with results.
Very pleasant and helpful young man for service. Was prompt and called as he was on his way. We had a tiled screen porch cleaned and after he was done it looked new. Have there service in the past for carpets with the same results. Will use again.

I was not home when Zerorez came to my house but the family member who was home thought they did a very good job and was impressed with their professionalism.

Our sofas and rugs look beautiful. There is no odor with the product and the sofas and rugs were dry in an hour.
I was surprised how wet our carpet was in our bedroom. This has never occurred previously. We had to run two space heaters doing the night in order to dry the carpet. Don't understand why this happened this time.

A number of coffee spots and split coke spots were not removed. Is there a better treatment?

There are several spots left that I noticed right away. I had my grout cleaned and was told that some of it is just stained that way. I was told I could use their heavy duty spot removal for an extra $75. Way over priced & not worth it. I have gotten my carpets cleaner with a home carpet cleaner and my grout cleaner with toilet bowl cleaner & a scrubber.
