No black light to identify previous pet stains was used and no pet treatments were applied. Now my pets are marking where the previous owners pets stains are.
The technician your office sent was excellent. He took the time for me to show him the spots on our carpets we wanted to emphasize and the technician went over these areas several times. One spot could not be fully removed, but this became apparent only after the carpet had fully dried a few days later (and had appeared to be fully resolved immediately after the technician completed his work). We were very pleased with the process used and the technician's efforts (and the courteous service he provided).

We like that the carpet is cleaned twice and we had the option to put on a finishing liquid to help protect the carpet and make stains easier to clean. We like the way the carpet looks - like it's been fluffed up and the way it feels underfoot, soft to walk on.
We like that it was fast and thorough; the rep called ahead and arrived on time, and explained the steps of how he would work on the cleaning. We had a brochure to read about the protection liquid that could be applied if we wanted to add it. He also answered the few questions we had.
The carpet dried in about 8 hours, although there were spots where it took overnight to dry completely. We found it easy to wait and then move the furniture back.
Our little dog soon dragged some of his toys back into the living room where he plays, and we were glad that the cleaning liquids are non toxic to pet paws.
Technician, Ryan, was great and very informative. Definitely will request him in future! We are repeat customers and will continue to die Zerorez

Cost effective and very good service
Your service rep was very professional and friendly. He explained the whole process end to end . He did an excellent job on 18 yr old carpets. Cleaning was done to prepare home for sell and he did a fantastic job. The home sold in 4 days.
The last time we had our carpets done the cleanser took care of all the carpet smells and left the whole house smelling like oranges. This time the carpets still smell like pet odors even with paying for the extra pet treatment. Very disappointing for the amount we paid to have the carpets cleaned.
I thought the men who performed our service were very nice and professional. They did a good job and were timely.
The price and quality
My carpet now smells like fish. It took approximately 30 hours to dry. I’ve called and texted to leave a message but have not yet heard back. I was just getting the carpets cleaned because my mother was coming to stay for a week and I wanted everything nice and pleasant for her. Not I’m hoping all the air fresheners are going to mask the fish smell in 24 hours before her arrival.
The carpet is so soft after being cleaned
They did a great job cleaning my carpet. Very respectful of my property. Friendly and explained everything they were going to do and answered all of my questions.
Zero res did a good job cleaning my couch and loveseat. It was easy to set up the appointment on line.
The Pet Treatment should be explained better before the appointment. The topical is only $75 but it’s $75 per so many feet or something to extract from the pad. I was quoted almost $900 by the tech JUST for that. If I want to spend $900 then I might has well go ahead and have the carpet replaced. The tech did the best he could and most of the pet stains looked better. The smell was gone for about 48 hours but it has now returned.
