Joyce Ann one of our nurse is very very caring, help us with the stocks when we almost run out of 2,.5.
I am concerned about the large increase in the hourly rate. I only hope that my excellent care giver, Anne, will see an increase in her wages. I don't see any reason why there is a $149.00 monthly payment. It doesn't seem to do anything for me. If you are trying to keep seniors in their homes, this is s funny way of doing it.
Hello . your nurses are very professional, courteous, reliable, polite and knowledgeable. They know their duties and are always happy and always on time. Highly recommended and excellent service and they are very caring. I give them 10 out of 10

Continued lack of communication between NND management and patient. I’ve said this before with no response.
Julia was an amazing resource and very helpful to us during a very stressful period for the family. Bryan was an excellent care giver. Very compassionate, capable and trustworthy. We were very pleased as a family with Nurse Next Door overall and the individuals we interacted with on a daily basis.

Theo is very courteous, kind, patient & friendly & he is great with doing the exercises with my husband.

Reliability and medical knowledge
They come on time and they are friendly
We have been lucky for the last year and a half, to be both looked after by Nurse next door every morning. The daily sponge bath, Peri care, dressing, and weekly showers are absolutely necessary, given both our medical conditions. ( even more so after this week in RGH ! )
Unfortunately, the tasks allowed in the care plan do not include any light housekeeping, so it is almost impossible for the 84-year-old husband to wash the floor behind the toilets, vacuum anywhere, and even bend down to pick up spills, etc., on account of his arthritis in the knee.
For all the tasks that we are allowed to receive, we are extremely thankful… And, despite a few blimps of multiple CareAides being totally un-suitable for us, we now have the absolutely perfect mix.
VANESSA, FARANAK, MELINDA, AND CHERRY MAY are irreplaceable…( and I mean it !! ) Vanessa cleans up the bathroom and BathFitter shower so immaculately, that people ask if it is BRAND NEW ! The others do all the chores they are permitted to do , perfectly, including “companionship” for seniors. They are all superbly fastidious at Peri-Care, too.
I feel very safe in that crucial department.
A Score of 10 for all 4 of them…but for Vanessa, more like a 15.

They were lovely, very young people who clearly were unsure how to help me with anything other than moving things. No food prep or personal care.

You keep changing the nurses and their times. I have my appointments and clinics booked months in advance and you changes disrupt everything
My nurse Emma Benson.. She is the best.
Most of the nursing aids were very good, but a few of them never took away the garbage leave it to me. Also, there were times when they did not show up or scheduling time changed and I was not notified. There were several times where I had to call to find out if they were coming or not, but for the most part, very prompt and reliable

Emma Benson goes above and beyond her duties. She has brought me extra supplies when needed..She also has a beautiful personality. She’s beautiful inside and out. She’s exceptional.
