Kind and patient caregivers
I would have given 10 but 8 because I am having difficulty with setting timings of the visit for my sister. After explaining 6PM visit cannot be bedtime visit for my sister since her next day service is not till 9:30 AM or later sometimes 10:30 AM.
It will be 15 hours or more before she gets next service. After explaining in writing and over the phone time and again the schedulers still schedule employees for my sister sometimes for 6pm. It’s constantly back and forth phone calls emails which I have to take time away from other important tasks. It’s getting frustrating for me as a caretaker.
They keep sending new employees. There are certain steps that needed to be done for an amputee sister. I am not a trainer and I have to train new employees and I have explained that I needed help from you along with my sister by helping my sister sending employees who have been here for few months now. I am the only caretaker she has.
Why 8? I am happy with your employees since your employees whatever times they are scheduled for they are punctual and at the same time professional.
If this was based on my caregiver Anne, I would of given a 10 but I have found it difficult to get a statement for income tax purposes for the time before Vancouver took over.
Very likely I will tell Nurse next door is very good.
Amy and Carol are very friendly and I consider them as family now. They are very caring and you should be proud to have employees like them.

My parents were both Injured and you were able to accommodate us at very short notice. I was not able to look after them as I have a career and a special needs son- so once the weekend was over, my parents would have been on their own if it were not for Nurse Next Door. Further, it was the long weekend! Finally, the caregivers that came to their house were wonderful. My parents really liked them! Thanks again!

I had great need for your services. There were some services that others do not provide. However, for unfortunate reasons in my past, I would not have been able to put such funds in place for the services, & have been fortunate that my daughter could. It is expensive, but I understand why/ in recommending the 'Nurse Next Door' I would want to make sure the person I spoke to could afford it. I have been so fortunate to have your services & as I expect both our goals have been to work to my eventual independence! Farideh has been exceptional in this role, always positive & a special sensitivity to her clients needs. 'SO MUCH THANKS' to her!

My care giver Anne would rate a 10 but with the changes NND Vancouver, it has been rather confusing.
The front line staff are amazing. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and punctual.
The nurses next store sent a good associate to help me with the transportation I needed from my procedure ride home

After an unexpected change in our Regular Care Aids, ……with the help from Schedulers, CareDesigners, and Mojgan, we are back to a PERFECT MIX of caregivers. Hopefully, the four girls who are now our on-going HomeMakers, will not be removed for a very long time. It is difficult for seniors to have disruptions, especially when the status quo is as close to perfect, as it has been for almost 6 months.
