Although they hooked up my bags of solutions they left the empty ones in disarray.

The girls work efficiently and are pretty knowledgeable about the equipment and what the numbers mean.

My caregiver, Anne, is wonderful and Paul Kezin was very helpful at getting my money back from NND Delta. I only wish that NND Vancouver would give a statement for income tax purposes.
timely visits, friendly
Caregiver seemed confused by easy to solve problems. Arrived late. Got lost in the hospital twice. I asked for help with washing up - she was reluctant so I said I would do it myself. Left well before 3 hr minimum. Said she was concerned about how to get back home.
Friendly lady and seemed to want to help, just not suited for this task.
Care manager and initial phone rep were very helpful though.

Patient needs proved to be minimal.
The 2 nurses who came to our home were both very attentive.
Many of the providers were sleeping on their shifts. Many were not checking up on the client regularly to see if their diapers were wet until asked to by a family member
