You do the work and I am grateful
All actual carers were great , Have not continued with you as do not need someone for 3 to 4 hrs . VHS comes for 30 mins in morning and that perfect Gave a good score as carers all good But don’t like so many different as good when repeat and don’t have to show each time
Positive - excellent caregiver Cindy, great friendly telephone scheduling service.
Negative - 3 hour minimum, cost particularly for a la carte hours.

It's sometimes not easy to ask for help when you live independently and life changes around you. I think the caregivers understand this and know how to make you feel comfortable.

your nurses are very professional, courteous, reliable, polite, and knowledgeable. They know their duties and are always happy and always on time. Excellent service, and they are very caring and serious about their work Highly recommended. I give them 10 out of 10. In all the times that the nurses have been serving me, I have never had any problems. Keep up the good work.

I have been extremely impressed by my two Nurse Next Door staff. Although it was a short assignment, they could not do enough for me. Both were extremely professional, courteous and extremely helpful.

While Nurse next door responded very quickly to our needs and often at the last minute, the inconsistency of care was not expected.
Excellent and supportive care from worker Cinderella Sol. Ability to change times with a phone call to friendly staff.
Not always at a suitable time , but all nurses very friendly and helpful
The team has treated our mom with utmost kindness and has been very accommodating for all family requests.
