Inconsistency

Madhura was very helpful, and I appreciated having her help.

I was in urgent need of a caregiver for a brief period. Nurse next-door was a seamless process and I was able to get a caregiver on short notice. The care provided was above satisfactory and fulfilled the needs that I required with very little stress.

Does not show up on time

Very nice and kind nurses

So far very reliable. If our regular young fellow isn’t available, the scheduler had another care aid with no fuss or problem.
I need to know I have care aid coming as scheduled.

All staff have been very helpful, friendly, and supportive.

Too many different nurses, Unconvenient service times

some of your staff have limited competencies, also, I do not want *blocked emails* which I cannot unblock......likely due to my own incompetency.

The service itself was excellent but it took some days to organize and is quite pricey for what I needed with the 3 hour minimum.

Friendly and efficient help

The two OVERWORKED Ladies that provide the service to me are punctual, pleasant and efficient.

She is very efficient and very caring and knows what she is doing

My caregiver, Anne, is wonderful. lShe will take on any task I ask her to do. I still wish that NND Vancouver would give out statements for income tax purposes.

Although they hooked up my bags of solutions they left the empty ones in disarray.

When my husband was not able to do the work I appreciated having help from Nurse Next Door.

They are an excellent service
