Great care

Fortunately my wife’s post surgery went much better then expected so my 48 hours of booked nursing coverage wasn’t fully required, However, if she really did need it, your failure to cover 17 hours would have been a huge problem for us. Both of your nurses were very good and attentive.

Nurse Next Door has been a gift to my mom. She loves her caregiver and looks forward to the time they spend together. I am so happy that mom is so well taken care of and that I can relax when she is with her caregiver.

I haven’t been with Nurse Next Door for very long but have appreciated the staff who come to assist me-they are on time, proficient what they do and very helpful in conversing with me about my issues-all is very much appreciated

1. Same day arrangement of care -- 10/10

2. Quality/attitude of Care depended on caregiver - overall 8/10 but one caregiver I would
give 5/10.
3. I didn't have time to compare the price point with other agencies - but 90/hr is alot when I imagine the caregiver is only getting at most 35/hr.

4. I had been in a car accident and needed care but didn't know for how long. I assumed I would need care for 3.5 days but it turned out I only need care for 2.5 days. When I asked if I could cancel the day I didn't need I was told "no". I was disappointed with this as when I arranged for care I really didn't know how many days I needed and the final caregiver made it very clear she was not happy having to spend her time cleaning. For anyone that I recommend Nurse Next Door to I would warn them of the lack of flexibility. 5/10

A 10/10 + 8/10 + 5/10 =7.6 benefit of the doubt I rounded up to 8/10

My caregiver is a 10 but I don't like the extra premium fee that is charged.

Chichi dependability and Reese willing to buy needed grocery items downstairs and make small meals for me.

The professionalism and pleasantness from the nurses and the quick response to changes I may have with the schedule.
