Nurse Next Door has been amazing for my mother. She has responded extremely well and that is due to the care given to her by Arriane. She looks forward to her coming and is always sad to see her go. Arianne is kind and patient with her and I trust her completely

The NND who came 5 days a week was great! Joddie Munro. She was wonderful friendly, informative, helpful, knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for a better person!
Kavita, who only came once a week was also lovely, aware, and very helpful.
However, Jacklyn, the younger girl, needs to be spoken to. She did her job but was more concerned about asking advice about her personal life. Advice on her relationship with her mother and with her boyfriend. I don’t feel she should ask or I should answer. She needs to be spoken to by you.

Harjot is very friendly and does what she needs to do quickly and efficiently.

My helper, Trish is very competent. I don’t have to tell her what to do, she just gets on with it. Trish will take me shopping, or the bank or doctor. She is easy to talk to, especially with regards to my husband who has dementia. When we have had to cancel days because of my Cataract surgeries, Nurse Next Door was very understanding & flexible.

We have had such a positive experience with Nurse Next Door. My mom looks forward to the days when her assigned caregiver comes to the house. She thoroughly enjoys spending time with her. We are so impressed with the care mom has received from bath time to working on her activity books to doing puzzles. It is not unusual to hear laughter from the room they are in together. I highly recommend Nurse Next Door

When your dates/times keep changing week by week, you cant make any other dates/times in case they coincide with something that could have changed without notice. Doesnt always happen but when it does, you have to make sure you dont double book appointments which is annoying.
