My care givers are excellent and after being in the hospital,
you were able to provide me with extra care givers. However, I don't like the extra charge for services that should part of the normal service.

I never have to tell Trish what to do…she just does everything that needs doing. I am getting the help where it’s needed in our home & with my husband who has Dementia.
Scheduling is inconsistent and doesn't coincide with meal times for elderly patient with dementia, making the patient more confused when taken out of an activity the patient enjoys to perform service.
Very dependable,efficient and friendly.

Sometimes 3 times a week.
I also have schedule which I need to change every time I receive a notification of schedule change

Mom’s caregiver has been amazing for mom. She takes great care of mom and has provided mom’s family with a great sense of relief when she arrives to start her shift. My mom looks forward to her time with Arianne and is excited every time she opens here eyes and Arianne is there to say ‘good morning’.
Nurse Next Door did a wonderful job matching mom with the perfect person to be her caregiver. I am confident in her ability to care for her.
All the employees are very friendly & helpful. They are very caring.
The quality of the service provided by the individual caregivers varies widely.
Some of the caregivers ignore my parent's request and seem to be more interested in leaving as quickly as possible.
Other caregivers are much better.
Also have requested repeatedly that my mother wants only a female caregiver. But a male caregiver has frequently showed up and been told that his services are not necessary for that day.

All polite and caring but the workload different.
I like the carers who leave the place clean. They see a need for something and do it. Common sense and competent.
My care givers are excellent and NND was very helpful when I needed extra help after a bad fall, but I don't like the extra charge every invoice.
Very undependable service , why would you take on a new client when you can’t fulfill your obligations ?
