The nurse next door knows her stuff. She is very competent in what she does. I am very happy with her work!
You supplied me with a nurse to help but they’re in their sixties and it’s like helping a child. You only gave her one day of training. It’s easier to do it myself with my husband than have her come in to my home. I do enjoy the fact she takes the garbage though. Dialysis creates and entirety of garbage.
Natalia, the lady that assists me taking my showers on Mondays.

The home support worker we have! . Very helpful, friendly and supportive of the client, encouraging him. The client Bill needs this kind of friendly encouraging support and Kenneth has always done that.
The nurses were very considerate and obliging. They attended very well to my medical needs.

Mom’s caregiver is absolutely amazing. She is kind, efficient and my mom just loves her. I completely trust her to take care of my mom. I was nervous at first to use an outside person to help with mom but Nurse Next Door has been the perfect solution to keeping mom safe in her home.

I needed help with my Baxter boxes and recycling which was very hard for me to do myself. It was a convenient way to do it weekly!!

A lot more should go into sharing the outcome of combined info sent out to patients. Lately I find there are too many mistakes made as far as timing is concerned. The patient is easily confused by the mix up of different timing schedules.
