The facilities are great. I don’t usually book private room for contrast therapy but I really enjoyed it and the small touch like the makeup wipes. While I didn’t use the TV I can see how that is a nice touch too.
Privacy, ambience, cleanliness, and serenity, and a great staff to make it happen.
Clean rooms, sauna itself was great, cold plunge easily accessible. Timer on the wall was helpful. Girl at the front desk was super nice and knowledgeable. Great service.
Clean facilities and friendly staff.
I loved being able to experience both sides of hot/cold therapy with a clean rinse off in the shower in between. It was refreshing and so relaxing.
The private atmosphere, the setting of the room. Customer service was awesome!

After doing the sauna and cold plunge 2 times then a shower my body was so relaxed! I slept like a baby!
The overall experience from start to end. The sweet lady at the reception was very kind and showed us around and told us everything we needed to know. The experience was equally great. Nice private setting with great ambience.
The lighting, the greeting was prompt when i arrived, the check in was easy and the suite size and privacy was everything. I had a tour and was instructed on how everything works it was great i will return and be sharing my experience with others. Highly recommend
The privacy of having you’re own space to do contrast therapy how you like to do it and the cleanliness.
Andre was amazing. He welcomed us and gave us the royal treatment. Can’t wait to go back!
Olivia was very helpful from when I called her trying to locate the center to greeting us and explaining how everything worked to us checking out. Very friendly personality! The center itself is very clean and organized! Definitely coming back soon!
This was so relaxing! I was also pretty proud of myself for being able to work up to 1 minute and 30 seconds in the ice bath. This is an awesome take on traditional sauna contrast therapy. I've recommended this to 10 people already!!! I'm definitely coming back on my next trip to Tennessee. 10/10!
- From Wisconsin, we love this!!! ❤️
Very clean rooms, amazing staff and ambiance, really cool experience all together.
The cold plunge was the "it factor " for me ... As a runner, it's extremely beneficial to get inflammation down after logging long miles .
