The perfect relaxing hour!! I do wish someone had taken the time to explain the tv and speaker in the sauna, it turned off and I never did get it back on, that was my fault though, I truly loved my time and can’t wait to visit again.

I've been wanting to try cold plunging for a while now, and when I learned SWTHZ was in my neighborhood, I had to check it out. After my initial trial session, I immediately bought a twice-a-week membership. What a great concept to have the sauna and cold plunge (and shower) in one private suite. I hope it continues to be a relaxing oasis even as it becomes popular as others learn about it.
One thing that could be improved: The bathroom at the National Landing location is not very clean, especially the toilet. I've noticed this on the weekdays (not the weekends.) I hope the staff can be more cognizant of the condition of the one restroom.
