Wonderful staff and very clean and attractive rooms

Introductory visit first impressions! Greeted immediately by Kiiara, very friendly and extremely helpful! Gave me a brief tour of the rooms and suggestions on use of the time. Readily available if you need anything, even once you’re in your private luxury suite! This business, and all the rooms and bathrooms are impeccably clean, fresh towels laid out, the perfect way to unwind with your own private sauna and ice bath!!! They also have an area where you can blow dry and straighten your hair before you leave, but I did not take advantage of that today. Choice of music or television, I opted for a spa scene on the television accompanied by beautiful instrumental spa music! Absolutely will be back, highly recommend although if you have serious health issues, I imagine checking with your doctor would be advisable, as the temperatures are extreme. LOVED IT! 😍 ❤️👍🏼

Never would I have expected myself to enjoy the cold plunge seeing as I hate the cold. But I actually enjoyed going from hot-to-cold. I liked the set up as well, to be able to experience it with a friend/loved one.
The staff was friendly. The place was very clean as to be expected during the soft opening.

Privacy of room. Cleanliness, plastic bag for suit was a nice touch. Only feedback would be to have directions for the shower as to which knob for what to speed that up for first timers. Tour at the beginning very helpful along with recommendations.
