My first visit to the Hingham location was last weekend and the staff was very friendly from start to finish. Greeted as soon as I walked in, checked me in right away.

One associate took me on a tour, very detailed, gave me a few extra minutes on the timer which I need for changing.

Upon completion, didn’t knock on the door right at the 1hr mark, which again, much appreciated for changing. Ask about my experience at the end with vested interest.
