Nico was very accommodating. We loved the privacy of the suite and the ability to rinse in the shower between the sauna and cold plunge. We would do this regularly if there were more north shore locations (Beverly, Ma) area!!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The suites are amazing. Very clean and private with hair ties, make up removal etc. I can use the time I’m there to relax and enjoy some quality time with myself.

Love the facility! Could use a slightly more thorough cleaning, overall feels pretty clean but I often see stray hair which is a bit gross.

I have never done contrast therapy before. The cold tub was not my thing! But it was experiential!! I enjoyed how the room was so private, it allowed for the feeling of security to explore and experience in safety.
I did notice paper towels between the tub and wall. That seemed to be the area where the fit and finishes were also the weakest. The sauna floor in room 5 was a little buckled. I am low maintenance but this feedback may be helpful for more picky clients in the future.
The private suite limited any distractions to allow my body the uninterrupted time and space to be rejuvenated through the different cycles of hot and cold via the sauna and tub, respectively.
swthz chestnut hill is always a delightful experience. as a runner, both the sauna and cold plunge are outstanding for recovery and i find the contrast studio to be clean, inviting, and relaxing. i am an assembly row member but will occasionally go to the chestnut hill if i am shopping in the area and it never disappoints. scheduling via phone is never a problem and the staff are kind/respectful every time i visit. given the renovations at assembly row i look forward to coming more!
The front desk staff is fantastic. Really great explanations. Super welcoming. The facilities itself are immaculate. It was just a professional experience. As for the services, which I’ve never experienced, they left me feeling incredibly energized.
