The sauna rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet.
This was a great experience. I can’t wait to do it again. Matt was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The infrared sauna wifely so good, much better than a regular sauna. The plunge tub was just right and the vitamin C shower was the topping on the cake. Overall it was an amazing experience

Had an absolute blast celebrating my birthday weekend at SweatHouz! It was my very first time trying a cold plunge, and alternating it with the deeply relaxing infrared sauna and the refreshing Vitamin C shower left me feeling incredible. The private suite setup is fantastic and the staff made everything so easy. I will definitely be back!

Room 4 needs some work - loose door handle on the sauna, the slope on the shower has the water draining back into the room and the shower could use a deep cleaning with visable mildew along the caulk line to the glass

The staff were very friendly and personable - they acknowledged me right away and I felt welcomed from the very start of my visit. The room was clean and well maintained. I don’t know how likely I am to return in the near future, since I don’t anticipate a need for sauna/cold plunge any time soon, but if such a need arose, I would 100% return. The only notes for improvement I have is that the speakers within the sauna didn’t seem to work - the speakers in the room itself functioned fine, but we couldn’t hear the music very well within the sauna. There was also a small area of the cold plunge tub that was cracked - a circular piece of plastic on the top/edge of the tub. It didn’t affect the tub’s functionality, but I found myself accidentally touching it when getting in/out of the tub and it definitely could have led to a minor cut or further damage if I wasn’t being careful. Other than that, the staff was a 10/10, check in process was smooth, and the entire facility was clean. I felt safe, welcomed, and relaxed - there’s not much more I could ask for!
