The services in general
Private suite makes it more comfortable especially if you go with a plus one. Loved the sauna and it surprised me that it had speakers if you wanna listen on your Spotify. Cold plunge was my favorite though, absolutely loved it.
I liked being able to adjust the temperature to my personal preference and to relax without my phone and just submerge into the experience. First time doing cold plunge and I left feeling fresh and ready to attack the day. 100/10 experience and I will recommend to people and continue to go when I am available!!

Sweathouz Chapel Hill is very clean, very organized and comfortable. On my first visit, I was impressed by the attention to details in my room, the courteous staff and amenities, and the amazing feeling in my body after my 60 minutes in heat, cold and vitamin C.
Writing this review about 6 hours after, I can report my skin, muscles and overall body feels fresh, rejuvenated.
First time trying out this type of experience and my expectations were way more than successful. What there is to offer is outstanding! The room itself is your own personal space for an hour. Will be returning

I really enjoyed my first experience at SWTHZ! The private suite made it easy to completely relax and step away from the distractions of everyday life. I loved the combination of sauna, cold plunge, and shower, and left feeling refreshed and relaxed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the whole experience felt like a reset for both my body and mind. I can definitely see this becoming a part of my self-care routine!
It was a amazing experience my only concern is the price and how likely I’d be to keep going but all the amenities were amazing and everything was so clean the unfortunate thing was in Suite 8 the remote control battery I believe was dead and I was not able to connect to the Bluetooth but I used the experience to be a little more in my head and meditate so it was a win win 10/10 experience for sure.
The facility was clean and the suite experience was personalable and easily customizable. We were able to find one of my favorite meditation clips on Youtube and had that playing in the sauna. Oh and I could actually breathe in the infared sauna! The staff, Jay, was knowledgable, straight to the point and did not pressure to up-sale. Overall it was a chill experience and I would come back even if just for the relaxation and meditation.
