Your staff member Ekta (not sure I’m spelling her name correctly) was exceptional. She was warm, accommodating, and extremely welcoming. I believe she was the only one working and she was multitasking, answering questions and made sure everyone was taken care of. She was an excellent representation of your brand and services. When I told her that I was out of town, she informed me that there were locations near my hometown in Washington, DC. I was visiting Atlanta and she even made recommendations for places I should visit while in town.
I really enjoyed the experience. I’ve never used a sauna or done a cold plunge. I really enjoyed it and would like to do it again. Thank you again for the amazing service.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The environment was clean and calming. It was a new experience for me and I found it to be invigorating. I'm happy I checked it out and I'm going to start doing it on a consistent basis.

Everything was amazing from start to finish Fred gave a welcoming experience and the sauna , shower , and plunge combo is amazing just what I needed and my mom loved it speaking it was her first time doing anything like this she’s booking 5 sessions afterwards lol that speaks volumes.

Got to go with my daughter and made it a catch up session. We loved the sauna by the overall experience from check in to check out was professional, clean & enjoyable!
The sauna was nice, the staff that greeted me was friendly. I’m not keen on the cold plunge experience however.

Mia was great at the front desk explained everything very thorough. I was in the VIP room. I think it was number four forgot to mention to them that the shower handle was loose or broken.
