The staff was outstanding. There was only one person working. Im terrible with names, please find out what that gentlemans name is bc he should be recognized for his knowledge & his proffesional demeanor. He was so pleasant to chat with. He really made me feel welcomed. The accommodation he offered me was superb. He is top notch that pairs perfectly with your amazing establishment! I LOVE the Sweathouz!!! The contrast therapy is truly life changing. I'm so grateful y’all opened up in Media.

Fantastic spa experience! The sauna, vitamin C shower, and cold plunge made for the perfect combination of relaxation and rejuvenation. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The entire experience felt luxurious and refreshing. Highly recommend!
I enjoyed going from the sauna to the cold plunge
The sauna and cold plunge is exactly what I needed. I’ve been struggling with restless legs and sleeping and I know this is going to help. Summer was really nice and I love how private it is. We bought more sessions. Can’t wait to come back.

I love the room setups. You have the ability to change your routine depending on your mood. Facility was clean and convenient. Parking wasn’t an issue. Receptionist, Lex, was very helpful and friendly.
