T was lovely! Pleasant on the phone, accommodating and helpful. I like the new set up with everything in one room, and parking was easy. Much different from the manager at Assembly years ago.
Honestly loved every part of it! Staff was extremely nice and helpful. And the full experience I feel like a new person post my race weekend soreness! Will definitely do this again when I’m near another location.
I LOVED the experience and it was MUCH needed! I had never heard of this place until my friend booked it for me. I loved that everything was in a private room and I didn’t have to walk around strangers in a towel. The sauna was perfect. I loved the option to change the color of the lights and listen to music. The Vitamin C shower was refreshing considering I usually shower in hard water. And what made the experience even better was the fact that I was able to sit in that cold water for two minutes without jumping out! It was a fun and needed experience. The only downside is the fact that my friend and we didn’t get the full 60 minutes. We didn’t know we needed to be there 15 minutes early. We were told an email was sent explaining the specifics but we never received that email. Regardless, it was a wonderful experience and I feel so much better. I am a widowed mom of 4 and after a long 3 months of exhaustion from running around like a chicken with its head cut off with back to school activities, sports events, doctors appointments, and working a second shift job etc, I REALLY needed that session!!! I will absolutely be returning!!!
