I felt very welcomed immediately & the receptionist was very friendly & informative, as it was my first visit. The suite was comfortable, clean and relaxing.
Everything is always amazing when I come in for a session. I feel refreshed and ready to face any challenge. I will certainly be coming back many times in the future may I also add, the staff is always warm and pleasant and very accommodating.

I liked the very thorough tour prior to the experience as a new customer. I do wish the cold plunge buttons were explained to me in more detail because I noticed them after I had done it. The overall experience was amazing though, and my husband, and I said they definitely walked away feeling more relaxed.
The facility was very clean and welcoming. Staff was very kind and helpful! I really needed some time to relax and the 60 minutes here was just what I was looking for! I liked the promo pricing of a first visit, but would not be able to afford full price on a regular basis. More so for my birthday, an occasion, etc. Looking forward to returning!

Please put a second bench in the larger suite. There isn’t enough room to store personal belongings (change of clothes) without putting them on the floor. This is problematic since the floor is very wet. Nobody wants wet socks.

Helps a ton with recovery and is supremely relaxing. My wife also has been having severe back pain and the hot cold treatment helped her significantly.
I liked everything … the customer service the suite ! The only thing is it was a piece of hair in the sauna and the cold plunge. Also would recommend shower shoes ! But I will be back !

I am OBSESSED with SweatHouz! I appreciate complimentary parking in the garage and how easy it is to validate! The staff is super friendly and the rooms are CLEAN. Also, each room has everything you need and beyond.
I enjoyed every bit of it. It was my first time and wanted to try something new for my birthday. 60 minutes in the most relaxing way possible. It’s amazing how cheap the cost is for your first time, and to bring someone there’s a fall code to use which is awesome! Rotating from the sauna, to the vitamin C shower, and then to the cold plunge was outstanding. There’s a nice size TV in the room, and I put music on YouTube to play during my experience. I left there feeling more relaxed than ever before. I have to take medications for sleep and I didn’t even use them that night, I slept so good and woke up refreshed. I highly recommend going and getting the experience for yourself. I will definitely be back again.

It was very relaxing. It’s a good way to spend time with someone. I brought my daughter. The staff was very welcoming and walked us through everything. All our questions were answered. The Eucalyptus cloths were heaven. Loved the whole experience!!
I enjoyed the privacy of the suite. The infra red was much more enjoyable than steam. I felt relaxed and my lower back pain dissipated.
