The staff was SO helpful and kind without feeling robotic or forced. The facility was clean, luxurious, private, and beyond relaxing! I can’t wait to return and to tell all of my friends about it. I think this is the what SF has been missing!

Sent my wife for a 60 minute session and it was her first time having a relaxing recovery day to herself since giving birth. She definitely needed it and really enjoyed the experience! I will schedule another visit soon!

That the sauna was well over 140 degrees. Other saunas ive been in cant even hit 140. Within 12 minutes i was drenched and i loved it. I loved my own little room with privacy, it was so perfect and cant wait to come again

Overall, great experience, staff was very helpful explaining the process. Room was comfortable, except for the cold plunge, which is, by design, supposed to be not comfortable ;-). Will definitely come again.
