Love, love, love the flavored water. I loved the suite design and that it was clean and stocked with everything I needed. Although the body wash needed to be refilled. I had just enough for my shower at the end. The music selection was amazing. I love that I was able to control that. My only wish would be a better way to time my sessions in the sauna and the cold plunge. The large timer was great for keeping me on track over all but I ended up using my cell phone timer for my rotations between the sauna and cold plunge to keep me on track with those. This freed me from needing to constantly watch the large timer allowing me to just relax during my session. But overall it was a wonderful experience.

I loved the sauna and setting it to my preferred temperature. The red light in the sauna is a must. I also enjoyed the vitamin c shower and the body wash smelled AMAZING!
