In my opinion, it is other choose of meditation. I enjoy specially the plunge cold.
The atmosphere was great and the staff was so nice and welcoming!
The combination of heat and cold left me feeling relaxed, mentally refreshed, and physically rejuvenated. It was also a great test of my endurance, self-discipline, and ability to step outside my comfort zone.
Overall, it was a unique and memorable wellness experience that I would definitely love to do again. I walked away feeling lighter, calmer, and full of positive energy.
