The rooms were very modern and clean, and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. They also had lots of towels for drying off and cleansing your body. It was a great experience and I will definitely be returning.

The studio manager, Pat, and associate, David, were amazing. Super accommodating, welcoming and knowledgeable. The suite was clean and very relaxing. It was a 10 out of 10 experience! I would love it if one opened up in Wheaton, IL so I could go more frequently!

Cool amenities
This was an amazing date night for me and my wife. This was my wife’s first cold plunge so we fasted 8 hours before our appointment. Everything about this was super relaxing. Once my wife got past the mental phase of the cold plunge she never looked back. This was an amazing way to relax and recover from a hard work week before going to enjoy a good dinner. The staff is amazing and super helpful. I definitely recommend going here especially if you work out or do hard labor. The effects for me were almost immediate. I will definitely be booking again soon.
It was my first time, I believe the person who showed me around was Emma (I’m terrible with names hahaha) she explained it very well and even helped me figure out how to get the most of my experience! Very relaxing, unique experience!

It was the perfect balance of hot and cold, and the vitamin C shower was amazing!!!! My skin feels so soft and nourished!! I would recommend everyone to try it!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
