It was a great experience
The very first person when I walked in the door (Janmarie) was very welcoming and knowledgeable, explaining the whole process and benefits that I was not even aware of. She made recommendations personalized to me that really set my experience apart from any other. The full hour was exactly what my body needed and I left feeling fully recovered.
Mike the manager was great. We were in room 7 and the sauna never got up above 166 even though it was set to 175. I wish I could’ve gotten hotter but loved the tour and loved the session. Will be back. The sparkling water is great!

Everything! The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. The complimentary water and electrolytes were a pleasant surprise. The ability to set the lighting in the sauna made it feel very personal! Having the television and the calming music we're also a plus. I love the shower and the cold plunge tub. I just loved everything about it!

The experience and customer service
From the contrast of the sauna to the plunge of the tub. Love that we can watch TV during our experience, along with having the body wash, shampoo & conditioner in the shower.

Cold plunge!
I absolutely loved this experience. The room was beautiful and I felt at peace immediately. The staff at the desk was so welcoming and she made my first time there so easy and relaxing. Having the controls to watch something or listening to music was a really nice touch. It felt like a very luxurious experience for a good price. I’m definitely going to be a regular. I feel relaxed and happy. I’ve already experienced a LOT of relief from my chronic health conditions. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

I had an amazing experience. What really stood out to me was the private room. It made the entire session feel peaceful, relaxing, and much more like a luxury spa than a typical wellness studio.
The ambiance was beautiful and calming, and I loved being able to watch TV while in the sauna. One of my favorite features was the saltwater cold plunge. It felt so much nicer than a chlorinated plunge and really elevated the recovery experience. The eucalyptus cold towel and the vitamin c shower was a nice touch.
Overall, the combination of the private space, thoughtful amenities, and spa-like atmosphere made this an experience I genuinely looked forward to. It felt like a little escape from my day while still prioritizing my health and recovery. I’m excited to come back!
Love my location. I do feel it needs some TLC. The sauna I was in today has a speaker that doesn't work. And the towels seem pretty worn. But I love the people there. They are always so nice and helpful!
