I had such a great experience at SweatHouz! I was running about 10 minutes late because of traffic, and when I texted to let them know, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. They were able to shift my appointment time so I could still enjoy my full hour, which I really appreciated.
The facility was spotless, the staff was super friendly, and I absolutely loved the calming music and lighting in the room—it was such a relaxing experience. I can’t wait to come back for another session. Highly recommend!
Clean, private, comfortable, affordable
My visit to the San Mateo location was a good first experience. I was impressed that this location elevated to the cold plunge tub. I 100% felt a difference.
I liked it all except the overhead shower because I do not want to have to blow dry my hair after my session. And I couldn’t see the clock from the cold plunge. But that was OK for me cause I usually stay in about five minutes anyway.
Otherwise, it was a very good experience
Staff was friendly and helpful, everything was clean, the speakers were lovely in the sauna.

Everything is always working and the staff is always friendly. Lately I have been noticing some house keeping issues. Water on the floor after I got in the room and also long hair in the shower (and I am bald). The white towels are staying to get stains on them as well.
staff is phenomenal. the facility is clean. I appreciate the extra touches including the beauty bar, bag to take wet clothes home in, premium water station that are all included with your visit.

Staff was top notch. Experience was great. But hated the ads. Your relaxed with music then an ad comes on. kinda ruined the whole relax part. Loved the cold plunge.
