I really loved everything. The infrared sauna is to die for. I’m in love in the cold lunch pool amazing as well. It was an amazing experience and I’m so happy to have that here in Aventura. I hope it lasts the way it is now. Intake for my first time was very nice, the tour was excellent very professional. The only thing I would say is the floors are slippery, which could potentially be dangerous. If someone falls there’s a treatment that was just put in my building. It’s like The infrared sauna is to die for. I’m in love in the cold lunch pool amazing as well.a special type of sandy material on the floor and then they put the paint and it makes it slip free. It may not look as beautiful, but it’s better than falling.

Everything about the experience was perfect. The sauna and red lights therapy was fantastic. It was energizing. The shower was great as well and the cold plunge was ideal. I look forward to many more experiences and therapy in the future. Thank you.
