Everything clean, formerly and informative staff, great set up
From the moment I entered to the second I left, the staff was welcoming, helpful, and brought all around great energy. I was given a tour of the facility and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable. The facility was clean, aesthetically beautiful, and parking underground was a huge plus.

Everything
Every time I leave I feel like I'm standing taller
I loved the private rooms, the features and the flexibility of getting ready afterwards. The amount of towels supplied were enough. The body wash, shampoo, conditioner were literally the best smelling ever. Very happy with the experience.
Great experience and really feel the benefits.
So calming and relaxing, my check in lady was so friendly and explanatory as well. Genuinely left so calm and relaxed I wish I could have had two hours.
Love how relaxed I feel. Didn’t love that room was broken so I went to a new room w higher tubs and then that sauna hadn’t been on so I switched again after I had showered first
The staff has been amazing and has made an effort to remember me and greet me each time I arrive.
I liked the worker she was very nice

I loved having the television in the room and being able to listen to my music while in the sauna. it was definitely relaxing and refreshing experience
The overall experience was amazing, the ambiance, the cleanliness, the privacy, the staff, hands down an amazing experience
It was really nice having a private room with the big sauna and the cold plunge and shower and the amenities. I also liked how attentive the staff was and accommodating. It was great.
Staff was nice, facilities were great, I just wish the sauna got hotter / stayed hot when we went from each element to another but everything was clean and great!
