Loved my experience. The chrome cast was a bit confusing to set up. I liked the whole experience and am taking my brother as a guest next time. I live in Mountain View but bought a package to use at the San Mateo location. Would love to leave a yelp review whenever the yelp opens!

Cleanliness of the suite is always perfect and the staff is always so nice and accommodating which makes the experience that much better. The infrared saunas are always dialed in and comfortable. The in-sauna speakers with the TV set up makes time go by faster. The cold plunges are very nice and clean always. 10/10 consistent experience over the last 8 months I have been going here

First and foremost: the entire facility was VERY clean. I had no hesitation with the sauna, tub, or shower what so ever. I'd say equally as important was the staff. Everyone was so nice, helpful - really just a great experience overall. I'm excited to go ack and make SweatHouz part of my routine. Thanks again for everything!
Overall, the experience was great. With this being our first time to experience SWTHZ we felt at ease and not rushed. Trey promptly greeted us and checked us in and confirmed our room was ready and walked us through the steps for our session. We enjoyed the experience and are planning to come back for follow up visits.
Good sauna and cold plunge
Shower water pressure was pretty bad and would have been good to have a separate locker room area so you could get ready after without using some of your one hour but that part isn’t a huge deal
