The new facilities
The facilities are clean and I love how relaxing the experience is.
I loved the private suite, the special lights and heat in the sauna, the Dyson hairdryer for afterwards. And I liked that a plastic bag was provided for my wet swimsuit.
It is private and relaxing and I was able to completely decompress!

My husband and I shared the cabin,hot and cold. What a great experience for couples to do. We enjoyed the sauna and the Vitamin C shower. The cold tub was a very cold experience and fun. We laughed so much. The next day my husband back issues were feeling a relieved and we good a good night sleep. The place ambiance is relaxing and super clean. I love the fruits flavored water they provided. Everyone was so nice. We will do it again. I highly recommend it.

Great vibe, hot sauna and 46 degree cold plunge. The plunge is not for me, although I do try it. the showers are nice and the suites are private and very clean.

extremely. immaculate and clean rooms! attentive staff, always positive. they make scheduling and check in flawless. i love the sauna. it gives huge results. the cold plunge is hard but takes time to adjust! love the vitamin c shower.
The staff were very friendly. We were welcomed by Aaliyah who was so bright and knowledgeable. Another young black guy greeted us as we were checking in on the iPad. He was folding towels, but still so focused on us as guests. I got some nice sparking water, and we were escorted back. The experience was explained well by Aaliyah, and we had such a good time! Can’t wait to be back!
It was very relaxing. The ice bath was my favorite.
The whole experience was great. First time doing any type of cold plunge. The privacy, the cleanliness, the set up with the television in the room and just being able to sit and relax was really a great experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

The host was kind and took his time. He explained everything in detail and kept the self care theme throughout. The facility was clean and organized. Great location, close to yoga, coffee ,and shopping!

Clean facility and the saunas can operate at higher temps than most. Also, it is nice to have a shower available after sauna use.
