I love the amenities and the fact that i have my own personal space!! i looove the eucalyptus towel at the end and the conditioner smells super good too. the room feels modern and luxurious and i love my whole experience there!!! I have the monthly unlimited pass and have gone almost every day since!! I can’t wait to go again!!

My experiences using the sauna and cold plunge have helped alleviate stress and are super relaxing. I also love the vitamin C showers and how everything is in one private room. I would recommend sweat houz!
The convenience of having the show, plunge and sauna in close proximity was nice. The entertainment while inside was nice. I wished the speakers in the sauna had worked but the TV played the music just fine. Having the sauna pre-warmed and the tub already saved a lot of time and were a great convenience.
Friendly staff. Room is always clean and tidy. Sauna is comfortable and cold plunge is a nice experience. Only thing that could be better is the alarm that goes off when the session is over is very loud, jarring, and doesn't suit the calm atmosphere of the rest of the experience. It would be nicer if it was a gentle chime of some sort.

The front desk associate was incredibly kind and welcoming. I thought I wasn’t gonna like the cold bath. But it was my favorite part! I felt completely refreshed. Till next time!

This was something very new for me and it was an amazing experience!! It was so relaxing and really calming for not just my body but for my mind as well. I also really enjoyed doing this with my husband.
I greeted with excellent customer service, I can’t remember the gentleman’s name but he was very welcoming, polite and educated me on everything i needed to know! The establishment was very clean and friendly. It was everything i expected plus more! I will definitely be back and I’ve already told everyone I know to try it out as well. 1000/10!!!
