Liked the aspect of having your own room. Everything was great. Loved the sauna, wished it was a little bit hotter but definitely tolerable. Loved the vitamin C shower. Cold plunge was very good and stayed cold throughout. Customer service was great. Would definitely go again!

It was a great session! I’ve been to the tennyson location quite a few times but this location is much more convenient for me.The person at the front was very friendly. My Suite was very peaceful with the same video and light options I’m used to. The layout of the space was nice.
There are some help buttons which I’ve never seen before. The only thing missing was a timer by the cold plunge. I had to get my stuff and phone wet, setting timers for the 3 times I plunged. I hope they consider adding a small plunge timer! I’ll be back for another session 😊
