I liked everything about my experience today. The appointment was so easy to book. The associates were kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The private suite was spotlessly clean. The sauna was fantastic, the cold plunge was amazing and then my first ever vitamin c shower was so worth the extra time it took for me to drive there. I feel happy and blessed. Thank you! 💙

The customer service was incredible. Tajza and Hanna made sure I was comfortable and gave me the run down as to what to expect. They're very knowledgeable and suggest what I should do based on my responses. Tajza then took me to my room and in detail showered me how to use the heat room, Vitamin C shower, and cold plunge. Since it was my very first time, that was very helpful. The facility is extremely clean, and modern. There were plenty of fresh towels and even an aroma therapy face towel. Afterward, the pain in my body was completely relieved. I definitely plan to come back very soon. Shout out to the whole staff, they rock!
I really love walking in and being greeted by friendly, happy staff. Everyone is smiling and welcoming.That attitude just makes the atmosphere so enjoyable and comfortable. I also like how clean and tidy all the suites are. Sweathouz Mosaic is a great place to relax and recharge after a long day.
