Everything being in the suite
1 thing that needs to change>>that alarm clock is very aggressive. I don’t think it’s a pleasant experience right after being in a sauna for so long and your body being relaxed to be disturbed by such a loud alarm.
Maybe just flash the clock red a few times

The overall health for your body. What I will say is that I was never never had been there and I wish they would’ve walked me in and showed me how to use. Some of the buttons are what they mean and stuff like that.

I was used to using a traditional sauna.
The infrared sauna is also nice, but it takes a long time for my body to regain the heat after a plunge, and actually start sweating, about 15mins. Also there are some gaps between the glass door and door jambs, which can be sealed. I could feel cool air coming into the sauna the whole time.
Another thing is, the infrared heaters are facing towards the edge of the room, and not towards the middle. If I'm laying down on the seat, my face and toes are being heated, instead of the core of my body. If I wanna get the full benefit of the heater, I need to sit on the edge of the bank right in front of the heater. It can be more effective if they were facing towards the middle of the room.
Very friendly and helpful staff! She helped me find a sauna room with a speaker, which my phone was able to find and connect to. Also being able to back-to-back session was great, since trying to do 3x sauna & plunge and a shower in 60mins feels being rushed.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience at SweatHouz. The service was wonderful from start to finish: attentive, warm, and professional. Every area was impeccably clean, which made us feel comfortable right away. The atmosphere is peaceful, completely discreet, and safe, exactly what you want when you're looking to truly relax. The cold plunge was a highlight; it's amazing and left us feeling completely renewed. We can't wait to come back!

I liked that I was able to execute the cold plunge attempt for the first time
I would have liked to have set my sauna temperature before the visit. The sauna was only 150 and I was told I could adjust it up to 175. I did so at the beginning of the session but it never got above 160 in the hour we were there.
