I had to call the store because I was going to be late for my 4:15 p.m. session. I spoke on the phone with Izzy, who is incredibly kind and patient! We agreed that I would just take 15 minutes off my session when I arrived. I called back shortly after because unfortunately, I was going to be much later than anticipated. She was able to help me cancel my session with ease. I love all of the staff at the Burlington location. I have another session booked for Sunday and I’m looking forward to it!

I liked getting in the Sauna, I liked getting out of the Sauna 45 mins later, I liked getting the Vitamin shower, then I loved getting out of the Cold Plunge after 5 mins. I also really liked that I got to spend quality time with my wife but everything in between those moments sucked. Push through the suck, walk out of there a new man. So yeah, I guess I liked the suffering as well.
