I enjoyed everything from the moment I walked through the door! The entire experience at SweatHouz was top tier. It was honestly the best hour I’ve spent alone, relaxing and focusing on myself, in a very long time.
This was also my first time doing a cold plunge, and I surprised myself! 🥶 I was able to stay in for 2 minutes, three different times! 💪🏾

How they remember to raise the temp on the sauna to the max and lower the temp on the cold plunge to the minimum for me. The free vitamin water and great attitudes are also a great part of the experience. I also just like how clean, well made, and good quality everything is. The only thing I would add are timers for sauna and cold plunge so we don’t have to use our phones

the facilities are so up-to-date and tidy, professional and easy to use. you don’t feel rushed at all throughout your hour here, and their music outside of the suites is cool and hip. inside, you’re taken care of by multiple amenities of cooling towels and your own choice of zipping back and forth between cold and hot. the shower is a huge plus and helpful, and the staff is the best ever! so amiable and welcoming, supportive without being overbearing.

Never did anything like this before. As a menopausal woman, I thought the sauna was going to be to much and it wasn't. Didn't know what to expect from the vitamin C Shower. But that cold plunge had me worried, but it was amazing. My overall experience was amazing

The front desk person name Sophia was very professional and willing to help and explained everything to me about my whole experience. It was clean and very relaxing. When I left there I had no pain and was very relaxed and pleased. I look forward to continuing my healing journey and bringing more people to experience the positive outcome.
