The room was very clean. The staff were friendly and answered all my questions. I liked the music in the sauna. Nice touch. Maybe put a mirror on the wall you face when you’re in the cold plunge, that way you can see the timer. Great experience!

I really enjoyed how peaceful and calming the studio felt. It was a great way to disconnect, reset, and take some time for myself. Going between the sauna and cold plunge was challenging but invigorating. I loved the feeling of being refreshed and energized afterward. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and mentally clear. It was a great combination of physical recovery and overall wellness.
Very welcoming staff, as newcomers that meant a lot. Felt totally comfortable during the entire experience and the vibes were immaculate in the suite. We were very pleased with the experienced. Literally going back tomorrow.
