I enjoy and appreciate the amenities, the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. I also thoroughly enjoy the sauna and the cold plunge experience. I am excited to continue to use my three month unlimited package and look forward to the results that I’ll see with more consistent use.
Great customer service
Just a nice experience. Forces you to be alone and disconnect from the world. Sauna is nice and easy, but ice bath is a true mental war, but very rewarding once you get in and especially when you get out of it.

It was truly and excellent experience. We certainly will be back, at the very least monthly. I haven’t felt this great in months and it’s a full day later after using the sauna and cold plunge.
