I love the experience. I brought my daughter the other day. She is 17 and lives with me. I didn't think it was necessary to have her name address phone number and credit card which was my credit card before we could start the session. I don't think it should be necessary to get credit card information especially. She was my guest and moreover she is my daughter.

Very welcoming staff with genuine interest in my experience. The facilities were also amazing. Not at all a fan of the commercial interruptions in my sauna. Felt like you guys were above that.

The Sauna and the shower were very relaxing. The cold water plunge was challenging but rewarding at the end of the session.
