The walk-through that was given to my guest, the day before our appointment. I believe Tia was her name. She was amazing, which will lead to getting a new client. My satire was clean and ready upon my arrival.
My body feels great after a session and the staff are all very nice.
Highly knowledgeable staff, very cleanly environment, high quality equipment, very friendly and welcoming atmosphere and equipped with hydration station, TV’s for unwinding to a playlist of your own or YouTube tv (you can watch a movie or catch up on your fav show too), vanity station to get ready post shower, full body red light option etc. We loved it and can’t wait to be back!

Angel was so helpful in getting me scheduled same day and getting me set up. She was super knowledgeable about the service! The overall contrast therapy was exactly what I was looking for and the private suite made it feel luxurious. Will definitely be back!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Even asked for some details on the goal of the visit and offered suggestions that would maximize the benefits of the contrast therapy. The suite was set up and ready for me when I got there. Alex was really sweet and even ran a cold water and the eucalyptus towel to my suite while I was still checking in. As an autistic feminine person I felt incredibly safe and comfortable. Honestly the most relaxing hour I've had in a long time. The first session being only $35 was a PERFECT way to see if it was a good fit without dropping lots of money before even going. 11/10 experience and I've already told a handful of people about it.
