New to Dogtopia but so far please with services for our dog.
Your personnel is the best, always friendly and very caring in the way they handle our dog. Karma looks forward to Dogtopia Day Care eagerly. In fact, he's visibly subdued and disappointed on the days he doesn't attend.
With the kind of people you have working there, we never worry about leaving our precious puppy in their care. We're confident he will be well supervised.
We're also appreciative of being able to split our two days weekly for his day care into four half days. He's wiped out after a half day, so a full day would definitely be too much for our little guy. With four half days, he's able to enjoy more time with his doggy friends spread across a week.
I found a wound on my pet's ear after getting home from daycare. I understand that accidents happen and it wasn't bad. But it concerns me that no one told me about it. Was the wound just not seen? Did the caregiver not see the fight? Or is it just a miscommunication and someone forgot to tell me at pick up? There are just several questions with the situation.
Friendly staff
Some of the webcams have “blind spots” especially where the dogs gather by the wall under the camera. We find it reassuring to see our pup during the day, but many times will miss seeing her if she happens to be under the webcam.
You take great care of the dogs, in daycare and boarding. I think your staff is incredible. You always take such good care of Sadie, and that is very important to me.

Dogtopia is home away from home. Staff are friendly. My dogs run inside when we have a play-day scheduled!
My dog loves it! She can't wait to get out of the car when we arrive; sometimes I need them to help me coax her into the car in the afternoons. She gets lots of exercise which has taken off some weight she needed to lose. I can get her bathed there which is very convenient. Staff members learned her name quickly which made me feel dogs there were individualized from one another. Staff are friendly to me and keep me informed of my dog's behavior and aspects of her personality that I have not seen at home, partially because she hasn't been with me all that long. Dogtopia is right on the way to my work which is an added bonus. I feel very fortunate to have found Dogtopia!
LOVE! They treat my puppies like family. Curbside care is incredibly helpful. They always come out smelling clean when they're groomed and they're hopeful if I need to leave them for the afternoon and the dogs always come out happy
This Commerce location is very good. My dog is safe and it is always clean. My dog seems pretty happy going inside and happy when she comes out. The staff is very friendly.

We asked about our dog being given an opportunity to use the bathroom outside during the day. It’s very clear that didn’t happen based on her behavior when we picked her up. We also found a dead tick on her when she was first picked up, which 100% was not from our home or outdoors. Lastly we take issue with the fact cameras are off during “nap time”.
