The staff is wonderful— so caring and always happy.

We 10000% recommend this facility. We had a medical emergency with our dog while we were out of town, and they handled it professionally, quickly, and their communication was amazing. They went WAY above and beyond, staying at the emergency vet with our dog after hours for multiple hours, to going back to get him in the morning. They were keeping us updated and made us feel so much better while we were gone. This will forever be our only place we take and trust our dogs.
Great place for my puppy to play with other dogs in a safe environment and the workers there love dogs and love their job. You can tell feel very comfortable and safe sending my dog there and he comes out super worn out which is great.
My dog always comes home happy. You have cute photo shoots and the donations. Go to a good cause. Also great team members that take good care of Velvet
My dog loves going to Dogtopia. They have enrichment for my dog all the time be it Movie Monday, Water Wednesday or picture days. You can tell the coaches and front office staff loves dogs and especially loves my dog.
The staff are all amazing. I love the fact that they always have events going on!

More activities
No outside area with fresh air or sunlight. No one seems to interact much with the dogs.
Dogs keep walking around and stepping into their urine and feces. They are filthy and smell when we pick them up. Some staff are friendly, and others like to remind you when you’re a whole five minutes early after you spent $400 a month there for a year.
Knowledgeable staff, engaged, friendly and reaposive to individual dog needs.
It's clean and professional. I also like that they separate the dogs by age / energy which makes for a great play experience.
Dogtopia is a great place to take your pup. Staff are very pleasant and make you feel safe leaving your baby at daycare. The Relitz family is very lucky to have them to care of our Bluey.

I also utilize the boarding when I travel. I love that throughout the day. I can check on my dog and just see her playing with the other pups.
The coaches! They are great with my girl, and she loves them.
I love that I can bring Eileen there, whether it's just for the day or for a overnight stay, and feel 100% confident that she's safe, loved, happy and getting some exercise and fresh air! We love the photo days, the trest days, and the convenience of a spa day in the same location! Eileen loves being there, loves her doggie and human friends!!!
My pet knows where he's going when he gets in the truck, he loves every minute of it and sad when he has to come home. We love everyone there, they treat everyone like they are theirs. I always recommend Dogtopia to all our friends.
Easy drop off and pick up.
We loved being a part of Dogtopia. We felt incredibly safe bringing our dog to you. When management and staff changed (almost every single person) there was NO communication. It is an unsettling feeling to walk into the front office to drop your dog off and not get greeted by a familiar face or know anyone in the building. We had been coming for 5 years. It broke my heart that all of us pet parents weren't good enough to receive any communication. The only reason I knew something was changing was because there was a personal note laying on the front desk for all to read. Besides that letter, nothing was said to any of us. Needless to say we removed our dog from your facility and won't be back. Thank you -
I’ve been meaning to write this. I watched the cameras on Nola’s full day at daycare. I was fully disappointed in the lack of engagement from the attendant. Nola and other dogs would try to receive love from her and she would walk away. This happened numerous times. Nola’s tail was down a lot and I could tell by her pacing she was anxious. Nola has been to daycare on a consistent basis so this behavior was completely out of the norm.
Very friendly staff to clients and pets, personalized care to every pet and streaming video to see your buddy while you are away. Very clean and thoughtfully designed facility.
Improve smell in lobby
After four years, Cooper still loves to go to daycare! We feel confident that our pup is well taken care of by attentive canine coaches. He comes home tired and confident after a day of playing which has helped his separation anxiety.
Your facility has been wonderful with both of my dogs. My elder French bulldog before she past, and now our Remi loves going there each week. The caring staff, the structure of each dog roomed formsize and energy. I wouldnt trust anyone else to watch over my do other than Dogtopia

I love the access to the webcams especially. It is really nice to be able to check in on the dogs and watch them. It brightens my day to see how silly some of them are. I also really enjoy the themed days and special treats. My dog is always excited to go and after over a year or two she is still running to the door and begging to come in. I have recommended this Dogtopia location to several people and feel comfortable doing so. I will add while I haven't experienced anything myself (thankfully), I have heard of other incidents where a dog was "attacked" by another. At the end of the day they are animals and domesticated or not, they still have feral instincts in their DNA. No matter how many of us treat them like children! When incidents like this happen I think more transparency would go a long way. The only people I have recommended Dogtopia to and stopped going was because their dog was accidently bitten and a puncture wound was spotted later and they weren't told. Otherwise keep up the amazing work. I firmly believe this is the best dog daycare in the area!
The kennel cough outbreak was very disappointing. By the time emails were sent out about the situation, pets already had it. My pet ended up with a secondary infection of pneumonia. He was sick for 3 weeks, on antibiotics for 2 weeks, and had 4 vet visits.
