Better communication
Staff were very friendly and honest about their services and the experience my dog would have. Dog was very well taken care of and service was great.
Staff is very friendly, dogs seem to like the experience there. Facility is clean. I like the trial run day and the fact that your dog can stay free the rest of the day to continue to get acclimated to the new environment. So glad I decided to give this place a try!

I have a senior dog and appreciate the care that Louis give when grooming Fritz each month. Louis does a wonderful job and Fritz gets in and out in a short amount of time. Caesar also is so kind to both Fritz and myself as well as the entire front office staff! Dogtopia offers great opportunities for pets and pet owners and is always having wonderful activities going on! I highly recommend this facility and compassionate staff!
The staff are always super friendly and genuinely excited to see and interact with every dog that walks in their door. I know i can trust them with my pups!

Kelly is an older dog and can be very shy around people at first. When we picked him up Thursday afternoon he was greeting other people entering the building. Totally Mr Chill. Thank you for taking such good care of him.

I love the people that work there. Everyone seems like they love their job and they are always excited to see my dog and always tell me how much they love her. My dog is always happy to go to daycare and always leaves tired and content.
I like that it becomes a family for the dog, between her furry friends and the staff there she loves it. I also like that they feed the dogs lunch if we provide it and have plenty of water and have a nap time. Makes it feel more structured and not as exhausting for the dogs. All the activities that Dogtopia offer make each day different too which is fun for Oakley! We love Dogtopia and are so happy we found them.
They vet the dogs that are coming very well, making you feel like your dog will be in a good safe space. They do a lot of fun activities with the dogs to keep it different and fresh. We've been happy with their spa services as well.
They've also made decisions/shared info that was best for the dog versus best for their pockets, which made us really respect and want to continue bringing our dog there.
You made it so easy, took great care of my girl, and she loved it. Thank you!!!

The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and were able to get answers with our questions. Our dog seemed happy and had fun during two days of daycare. We also like the live webcam which lets us check in from time to time what our pet is doing.
Dogtopia has the best team ever!
I showed a picture of how I like my dogs hair cut and they shaved all her hair off instead of doing the cut. Very very upsetting. And pay 100$??? I could buy a razor and do it myself if that was what I wanted. My dog looks like a rat with being shaved. I will never go back with this experience. Plus it did not smell like a clean place. Looked clean in the front office, but did not smell clean. Who knows what the back looks. I’ve gone to a lot of places that are both grooming and daycare and they keep the places smelling clean, not like wet dog.
