like dropping you kid off daycare and they are being taken care of
I love how each and every time we come in we are greeted with a genuine smile and a hug for my dog. I recommend anyone that I talk to to take their dog to Dogtopia. They have exceptional customer service, impeccable communication about your little one and they always make every dog and every customer that walks through their door as family. Thank you to each and every one of you for your over the top customer service.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. They know every dogs name and my dog loves spending time playing with his friends all day. My only reason for not scoring a 10 is due to the hours of operation. It would be nice to have longer weekend hours for daycare.

My dog tends to get some sort of vomiting or diarrhea after he attends doggie daycare. Almost ever time he goes. It’s usually only 24hrs but has cost us multiple trips to the vet this past year. He loves coming and playing with his friends but if he keeps getting sick we might have to reconsider bringing him weekly and only when we need to board him.
My dog LOVES Dogtopia & every member of staff is so friendly, welcoming & I feel I can trust the staff to treat my dog as if they were their own x
What I love most is how excited my dog gets when we pull into your parking lot! That says everything. The staff is always so friendly, and I appreciate the access to the camera. It really gives me peace of mind while I’m away.
The facility is clean, safe, and well organized. The play areas are great, and I love that the dogs get plenty of exercise and social time.
I’m not sure what Dogtopia could do differently. However, it seemed like the a couple of the dogs in the playroom with my dog frequently tried to hump him. As a result, he didn’t seem himself after coming home this time.
I like that there is an early drop off starting at 6ish for days I have to go into the office in Cambridge!
Also the baths and other services are great. Overnight boarding has also gone well.
Online booking and doggy cam are great although new website doesn’t allow the camera frame to adjust to the screed in landscape view.
