Dogtopia of Columbus- Downtown is absolutely amazing! I love the convenience of the app, but even more so the warm and friendly greetings from the staff. My beagle Chloe comes home happy and all tired out so I know she’s having a great time when she’s there. We have a long boarding booked and I truly feel peace of mind knowing that she will be in their care.
People are very friendly and build positive relationships with my dog. She is always happy to go and excited to see all of the employees which tells me that she is well cared for.

Staff is amazingly friendly and always remembers me and my dog. He begs to attend Dogtopia, nearly pulling off my arm to get inside! Dogs have a good sense about people so his eagerness to be there tells me all I need to know. They have fun activities and events for the dogs, too!

What’s not to like? My dog loves it! He gets to play and have fun! Also the events are super fun! I also love that they offer nail trims/baths/ ear cleaning/teeth cleaning! Makes it super easy!
Someone is with the dogs at all times, everything is kept clean and there are fun options for the dogs throughout the week.

It would be great to have longer hours on the weekends for people who work on the weekends.
Very friendly staff to both canines and humans alike! They took the time to really explain their services to me and answered all my questions with great concern for me and my puppy. Clean, well run, and happy dogs everywhere!

The staff are great, Bella loves it there. It is also very close to my gym which is perfect. Also it is nice to be able to look in on her by web cam

Honestly everything, the staff is amazing and super nice and they let me know how Simba was and who his buddies are. They greet you and make everything super easy. They have the live stream so I know my dog is okay. They do a good job of making sure all dogs get their chance to play so I know all dogs can play at their pace. They are constantly cleaning so I know he is safe. The are priced reasonably. I can honestly say this has been the best decision for both me and Simba. He comes home after tired and happy! A tired dog is a happy dog, he doesn’t chew on things anymore and he is just a lot happier. Again I can’t compliment the staff literally every single one is amazing, you can tell they love the dogs so be nice to them they are handling our fur babies after all. Have nothing negative to say about them!
I think the staff take excellent care of my pet. However, I continue to be unable to schedule my dog for any services using the on-line platform because the system continues to state that my dog has never completed his meet and greet. However, he has already been to this location four-five times (including the one-time meet and greet). In addition, I requested to purchase the package of 8 passes/30-day period (essentially $30/daycare visit) after my meet and greet. Unfortunately, this has never been updated within the computer system, despite requesting to purchase this package a second time from a different associate. So, I have been charged an additional $10/visit for these past 4-5 visits.
This is annoying, and if it doesn't get resolved I will likely look for a different location and/or competitor. Which is sad, because again I think the people are tremendously nice and I don't have any concerns about the safety and health of my dog while there.
I love that the staff are so helpful and loving towards my pet. She cannot wait to get there each time she goes. I love that grooming services are also offered. The days that there are extra, unique treats are fantastic. I love that you support a great charity.
We absolutely LOVE Dogtopia of Maplewood!! I recommend them to anyone who will listen!
Always friendly, my dog Wicket loves to be there. He is always so happy to run through the door, and play with the other dogs.

The team at Dogtopia is fantastic and Miss Molly the golden loves her fur friends and human friends every week. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure the dogs are well cared for, any questions are answered, and I absolutely love the calendar of events and all the fun things!

Excellent staff and my pup loves going there too be with other dogs. Safe place good price for the very nice place. They have great parking to drop off and pick up your best friend.
I would love to see the dots going outside to play more. And to see more enrichment with the dogs. I feel like they are all just inside of a room and bored all day. Would like to see them playing more.
