Friendly staff willing to listen and address an issue! Our fur baby loves it there!
My dog is always happy to be at Dogtopia. When I tell him it's time to "go play with friends" he runs to the car. His tail is always wagging when I take him AND when I pick him up. I like that he feels loved here. I also like being able to check in periodically throughout the day on the cameras.
Better video feed reception. One daily highlight of our dog’s day.
My dog loves the days he spends at Dogtopia Fort Mill. All I have to say in the morning is "want to go play with your friends" and his tail starts wagging! He comes home happy...and tired! It's a great way for him to socialize and run off some energy on the days I have to go into the office. The staff is wonderful to work with and make you feel like family.
Dogtopia is one of the best companies ever. It has done wonders for the socialization of our puppy, and it makes me feel so happy that he has such good friends in his playgroup. I love that I could keep an eye on him all day with the webcam and if I have any questions whatsoever, the staff is always quick to respond, is patient with me, and always helpful….because I am such a worrisome dog mom. I highly recommend it. It has been such a blessing to our family in more ways than one.
They treat my babies with love! I never worry about them when they are in their care.

Molly, our little white Bichon, is at Dogtopia five days a week, and she absolutely loves it! She always comes home happy, tired, and ready for cuddles. The staff treats every dog like their own—full of love, kindness, and genuine care. It’s clear they create a safe, fun, and joyful place for all the pups.
The employees are awesome - very kind, caring and helpful. The facility is state of the art. My dog Archie is always happy to go to daycare.
Friendly, clean and my dogs are excited when they are on their way, and happy & sleepy when I pick them up.
They are very friendly and accommodating. They know Dexter and treat him well. If I have a concern about what I see on camera they always fix it.

Curbside service, webcams, friendly, helpful staff.
The staff are wonderful. They truly care about my dog and go out of their way to make me comfortable when dropping her off for the day.

The folks at DT really know and love my dog. He is well cared for and gets so excited when we arrive. And … he comes home exhausted!!
If there is open space with yard, would help dogs to play a bit more
It’s probably around staff turnover. That’s always a challenge for businesses to keep staff happy and motivated.
The staff is courteous, helpful, and always accommodating when I need to make a change. I cannot say enough about how satisfied my husband and I are with Dogtopia

Ridoc was very worn out after his first official day of dogtopia that made the house less chaotic for us. Its not easy keeping up with the energy of a husky mix.
Hey guys.. my 9 months old Pekinese was shy. On his 3rd daily daycare he reached a milestone. First, while walking in Stonemountain Park he was able to walk past water pot holds and curb reservoirs. Tthat is l important to me because he stalls the walks 15-20 ft into crossing one. I could not believe. I did not have to cheer him on with my voice and the trainer clicker I use. l DID NOT HAVE TO PICK HIM UP what a game changer. Also, when we walked into the building, he only needed little encouragement. That tells me, he's on his way to full confidence! I am so elated!
